Four Corners Development, LLC was awarded $987,140 in State Low Income Housing Tax Credits (disaster recovery) and $635,718 in 4% Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits from Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) for a development in Greeley, Colorado. Four Corners Development was also awarded a $3,500,000 (CDBG) Disaster Recovery funds from the Colorado Division of Housing for this project. These funds are due to the flood impacted area in Boulder, Larimer and Weld Counties. Read More

Starting on Monday the 20th, we had 15 framers on site working on the floor trusses for the 3rd and 4th floors, and had a plywood nailing inspection, which we passed. Electricians continued to box units as they become available and have started conduits on the first floor above the common areas. Read More

Three of our apartment renovation projects have recently been completed in Oklahoma. A grand total of 60 units, split between the cities of Tonkawa, Newkirk and Kaw City (Which are all located within 15 miles of Ponca City, Oklahoma), have undergone extensive rehabilitation and are now ready to house families and seniors. It has been a busy few weeks at Oakshire Trails. Monday Jan. 18th started out with a test of the fire coating paint on the steel, and we passed it. The next day the framers went to work on the steel again, while the painters applied the rest of the fire paint to the bottom of the steel columns. Afterwards, the framers built the south wall and a couple more interior bearing walls. Read More

On the week of the 18th to the 25th, we were working on the foundation and fire hydrant lines. We started pouring concrete into the stem walls, which are giving shape to the rooms on the ground floor. The lobby area and offices have all been formed. Read More
