Early summer has brought a round of wonderful new projects for Hamilton Properties Corporation. In addition to our ongoing Canyon Trails Apartments and individual housing project in Webb City, Mo, which is rapidly nearing completion; we have also been approved by the USDA for complete rehabilitation projects at our 60 unit Oakmont Apartments in Tishomingo and Antlers, Oklahoma. Similar complete rehab projects have been approved and are currently on our schedule for our Stone Meadow projects which combine properties in Nixa and Ozark, Missouri. Read More

Already highly recognized for our adoption of Green Globe building practices in our new construction and rehabilitation projects, Hamilton Properties has now received one of Missouri's highest honors for Historical Preservation practices from Missouri Preservation for our efforts in rehabilitating the Adams Park School building in Trenton, Mo.
The award was presented in an honors ceremony held beneath the rotunda of the Missouri State Capital at Jefferson City, Mo. Read More

We are currently beginning a complete rehab of the property, both exterior and interior, which will result in a virtually new apartment for each of our residents. Read More
