We are making great progress at the Villas of Hanover in Davis, Oklahoma! The road base is in, footings are poured on all buildings and slabs have been poured on 8 buildings. The rough in plumbing has been completed on all buildings as well as site water installed. Framing is underway on 7 buildings! We are very excited to see this project taking shape and looking forward to completion this Summer! Read More

This week we celebrated the Grand Opening of Oakshire Trails Apartments! We are extremely proud of the finished product! All 62 units in the building are 100% leased up. The residents are thrilled with their new homes! The Colorado Housing Finance Authority, CHFA, is quoted as saying “CHFA is very proud to partner with Four Corners Development on the creation of this affordable new complex for Seniors.” Oakshire Trails was our first project in Colorado. Four Corners Development has another Senior Housing project in Greeley, Colorado that is anticipated to begin construction in early Spring 2017. We look forward to many more! Read More

There has been a lot of activity at Tulsa’s Pythian Manor! The project is on track and running smoothly. All 24 units (of 101) in the 1st phase have been painted as well as new cabinets installed and flooring. All doors will be installed by the end of this week. We have also begun installation of new plumbing fixtures as well as started the new Hardie siding! Read More

Last we week saw SOD! The landscapers kicked it in the tail and completed the landscaping around the site. Our electricians and plumbers having been doing trim on the 2nd floor. The first floor apartment cabinets were installed. The second floor corridor received its carpet. We are getting through some of the punch on the 4th and 3rd floors. The HVAC rough in on the first floor is moving along. The line sets are in place, tested and inspected through apartment 118. We will continue with closing up the 2hr shaft in order to begin finishes in this apartment. Read More

On site, finishes continue. We had our cabinet installers on Wednesday to continue with the 2nd floor cabinet install. The tile, carpet and LVT are being installed on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor electrical trim is complete this week. We are currently working on 2nd trim of the 2nd floor. The painters are doing 2nd paint on the 4th floor (to paint the 2nd trim, and drywall point up). Read More

On Monday June 20th, we started with putting stone veneer all around the building, followed by light pole installation, decking work, and 3rd floor drywall. Four Corners Development, LLC was awarded $987,140 in State Low Income Housing Tax Credits (disaster recovery) and $635,718 in 4% Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits from Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) for a development in Greeley, Colorado. Four Corners Development was also awarded a $3,500,000 (CDBG) Disaster Recovery funds from the Colorado Division of Housing for this project. These funds are due to the flood impacted area in Boulder, Larimer and Weld Counties. Read More
