Oakshire Trails - Pueblo, CO - September 1-16 2016 Update

Last we week saw SOD! The landscapers kicked it in the tail and completed the landscaping around the site. Our electricians and plumbers having been doing trim on the 2nd floor. The first floor apartment cabinets were installed. The second floor corridor received its carpet. We are getting through some of the punch on the 4th and 3rd floors. The HVAC rough in on the first floor is moving along. The line sets are in place, tested and inspected through apartment 118. We will continue with closing up the 2hr shaft in order to begin finishes in this apartment.

This week the flooring went down on the east 4 first floor apartments. The trim was completed in these same apartments. The electricians were all down on the first floor completing above ceiling rough in and passed inspections. R&R Heating was working hard with the Daikin system Rough in, and passed inspections. The 1st floor drywall is nearly completely hung. We are waiting the building inspection/fire caulking in the dining room, and rough plumbing to complete in the common area rest rooms. Our paint crew is completing their punch work on the 4th floor and moving their way down. Thursday, Schindler Elevator began their layout, with the elevator delivery on Friday morning. The parking lot striping was also completed this week.
