Berkshire Court Apartments is a 72-unit apartment community featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom options as well as variety of amenities. These amenities include a community building with a computer center, playground, outdoor picnic pavilion and a community garden. In addition, Berkshire Court is designed and constructed to meet the EarthCraft Multi-family green building standards. This certification confirms that the residents receive energy efficient homes with healthy indoor air quality.

The community also sponsors an after-school tutoring program for residents located in the community building during the school year. The development has partnered with Family Visions Outreach, Inc. to help facilitate this educational enrichment program for the residents.
