RoseRock Estates II - OPENING SOON!

RoseRock Estates II was formerly named Sallisaw Heights Apartments. We have now partnered with HLM under our new name of RoseRock II Apartments. Not only the name is new. We are currently conducting a complete rehab of the property, both exterior and interior, which will result in a virtually new apartment for each of our residents.

Exterior improvements will include new roofs and siding as well as paintwork and landscaping. Interiors will have new flooring and carpets, complete new paintwork and trim throughout, as well as all new bathroom fixtures plus total replacement of all appliances, counters and cabinets.

RoseRock II consists of 24 units which are being completely rehabbed to virtually new condition.

Our 12 one bedroom units are 585 square feet and rent for only $375 per month.

Our 12 two bedroom units are 735 square feet and rent for only $430 per month. RoseRock II will open March 1, 2013.
