RoseRock Estates I was formerly named HLM Apartments. We have now partnered with HLM under our new name of Garden Walk of Sallisaw. Not only the name is new. We are currently beginning a complete rehab of the property, both exterior and interior, which will result in a virtually new apartment for each of our residents.

Exteriors improvements will include new roofs and siding as well as paintwork and landscaping. Interiors will have new flooring and carpets, complete new paintwork and trim throughout, as well as all new bathroom fixtures plus total replacement of all appliances, counters and cabinets.

RoseRock I consists of 24 total units that are being completely rehabbed to virtually new condition.

Our 12 one bedroom units are 520 square feet and rent for only $375 per month.

Our 12 two bedroom units are 682 square feet and rent for only $430 per month.

RoseRock I will open March 1, 2013.
