Catholic Charities Community Services, our affiliate Housing for Hope, and our co-developer Trinity Housing Development, are thrilled to share that Mesquite Terrace is officially open! We will be hosting a Grand Opening on Thursday, May 16th at 3pm, with a special blessing from Bishop John Dolan. For more than 30 years, Catholic Charities has been a leader across central and northern Arizona, combatting homelessness through affordable housing, emergency shelter, case management, and service coordination. Since 2011 Housing for Hope has developed over 850 affordable housing units, including Mesquite Terrace. Trinity Housing Development has been involved in developing over 2,500 units by identifying communities with a strong need for affordable housing. Their philosophy focuses on building efficient and sustainable quality housing with useful amenities, which in turn, provides a foundation for strong communities.
