Four Corners Development Awarded 3 New Construction Developments in Texas

Four Corners Development, LLC was awarded tax credits for 3 developments at the Texas Department of Community Affairs (TDHCA) board meeting on July 25, 2019. These developments will be built in the cities of Gatesville, Tool and Franklin. All developments will be new construction for Seniors 55+, breaking ground in Q2 2020. The properties will consist of single-story duplexes or fourplexes in order to best serve their senior population and compliment the rural communities where they are located. As always, our projects will include energy efficient appliances, in-unit laundry, large closets, and modern kitchens. A community building serves as a gathering place and will be outfitted with a fitness center, computer lab/library, a lounge area with kitchen, and will regularly host resident programming and events. Outside there will be abundant green space with walking routes and gardening areas.
