Adams Park Apartments

Adams Park Apartments in Trenton, Missouri is our latest revitalization project. Adams Park Apartments was built in 1924 and was known as Adams Middle School until the school closed in 2001. The property was the original home of Trenton Junior College, now North Central Missouri College, that was opened on the third floor of the property.

Hamilton Corporation is changing the educational and staff areas of the school into 35 units for seniors in the area. The plans for the building include 10 one bedroom units and 25 two bedroom units.

The auditorium and gymnasium on the property are  being converted for the use and enjoyment of our residents. Plans currently include a screen to show movies for the residents in the auditorium.
