We are thrilled to announce that Elizabeth Schulte has joined our team as our new CFO!

Beth graduated from Missouri State University in 2004 with her Master's in Accountancy.  Since then she has been helping companies with their internal accounting and enjoying the challenges that each company brings to her.  She worked in construction as an office manager for a supplier before switching gears to become the controller for a public accounting firm in Springfield, Missouri, and has refocused her attention back to construction as our CFO.  In 2016 she obtained her Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification through the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and has served as their Director of Professional Programs and is currently on her second term as chapter president for the Greater Ozarks chapter of the IMA.  Beth is a proud part of the 40 Under 40 class of 2019 through the Springfield Business Journal.  When Beth isn't working, she enjoys watching her boys play football for Nixa and riding bikes with her daughter.  She and her husband, Jason, have been married for over 17 years and love to travel together.  Beth's favorite hobby is distance running and most recently completed the Bass pro half marathon as a pacer and the Dogwood trail run challenge doing a 15k one day and a 25k the next.

"Becoming the CFO is giving me the opportunity to use what I have learned with my past experience and continue to step outside my comfort zone where my greatest learning will take place.  I am excited to help build up our culture and watch our company succeed."

With this new addition, Adam Horton (our former CFO/COO) will now be able to focus on his passion…development. Adam will still function as our COO.
