Rural Housing Developers is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of the Villas of Benedictine Pointe, a historical rehab in Guthrie, Oklahoma! Rural Housing Developers acted as Construction Management on this project. Other key players in this incredible project were the Developer, The Banyan Foundation, Inc., General Contractor, Hixon Construction and the property will be professionally managed by Belmont Management Company. The historic preservation consultant on Villas of Benedictine were Preservation and Design Studio, PLLC of Oklahoma City.
Formally known as Logan County Hospital, built in 1925, Villas of Benedictine Pointe has been beautifully renovated and restored into apartments for Seniors.
