Trinity Housing Development, LLC is excited to announce that we are opening doors to our two newest family communities in Bellevue, Nebraska and Fayetteville, North Carolina. Deer Creek Village – Bellevue, Nebraska

Deer Creek Village is a 48-unit family development with a mix of 3 and 4 bedrooms, located at 2361 Betty Court in Bellevue, Nebraska. As always, our project will include energy efficient appliances, in-unit laundry provided, large closets, and modern kitchens. A community building serves as a gathering place and will include a lounge area and oversized kitchen along with a fitness center, lounge area and computer stations. We are very excited to be expanding our footprint and offering incredible affordable housing for families in Bellevue. The Landing at Beaver Creek – Fayetteville, North Carolina

The Landing at Beaver Creek consists of one, two, and three-bedroom family units and features a clubhouse building with a multi-purpose room and a kitchenette area for resident meetings and activities, along with a computer lab for residents.
