This development will be a 3-story building with 56 1- and 2-bedroom units for Seniors 55 and older. There will also be a common space area that will include an internet café, fitness center, seating area, and a large common space kitchen for the residents to gather or entertain. The units will include energy efficient appliances, large closets, washer and dryer connections, resilient plank flooring and central heat and air.

Coweta, just southwest of Tulsa, is located in the valley of the Arkansas River in northwestern Wagoner County. Coweta is intersected by State Highways 72, 51, and 51B and is near the Muskogee Turnpike.
