Four Corners Developers and Hamilton Builders LLC are bringing additional affordable family housing to Southwest Missouri

We are Hamilton Builders LLC a division of Four Corners Developers. We are proud to announce our the beginning phase of our newest development, Aldrich Creek Estates in Bolivar, Mo as well as we finish another fantastic community.

We have just completed our signature apartment and duplex development, Fox River Estates in Willard, Mo. All construction goals have been met on time and all of the units are complete and ready.

All All Fox River Estates apartments will be 100 percent full by August 31, 2015.

Even as we close that book in our construction schedule, we have already opened a brand new chapter a few miles away at Bolivar, Mo. where we have broken ground and begun site preparation work for Aldrich Creek, a family friendly community of 44 units of 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes that we expect to open in mid summer of 2016.

Aldrich Creek is located at 1400 E. Aldrich Rd., just a few blocks east of South Main Street and very close to the Southwest Baptist University campus.

As with all of our recent construction and community rehabilitation projects, Aldrich Creek will feature a full range of energy star appliances and other energy saving features to meet the Bronze level NAHB certification, as well a large playground and walking trails for family fitness and a child friendly lifestyle.

We expect construction will progress rapidly through the phases of pouring footings, raising walls, getting everything under roof and then completing the exacting interior finish work to make this new apartment community a wonderful and beautiful place for you and your family to live.
