Four Corners Development does not operate like a typical af-
fordable housing organization. Since 2011, the organization has
existed as a collaborative project among four rotating individuals,
all of whom have their own successful real estate careers.
The partners use their connections, resources and expertise to
create affordable housing rich in amenities that promote active
lifestyles for residents.
“The driving force for us is to provide housing that serves the com-
munity in a way that allows people to have not just affordable
housing, but also housing with amenities and locations that they
wouldn’t otherwise have,” says Michael Hamra, Partner with Four
Corners Development.
With properties in Missouri, Oklahoma and soon Colorado, Four
Corners Development focuses on affordable family housing, se-
nior housing and historical renovations. The four individuals have
been together since the beginning.
