Golden Trails in West, Texas is Open!

We have completed construction on Golden Trails! This development is a 45-unit senior community featuring energy efficient appliances, large closets, washer and dryer connections, vaulted ceilings, and a seamless combination of resilient plank flooring and carpet. The development also offers fully accessible units for residents with mobility impairments.
Golden Trails also has community space on the main floor for leasing and resident enjoyment. Amenities include a fitness room, internet café, laundry room, kitchen, coffee bar, dining tables and comfortable seating with a large T.V. This space is a great place to gather with neighbors or family! The building also features a community garden for residents to exercise their green thumb! There is also a large patio with comfy seating for residents to enjoy!
Leasing is underway and we know this building will be fully leased in no time!
