We are pleased to announce the beginning phase of construction for Fox River Estates, an affordable housing development in Willard, MO. Willard, located just a short distance (5 miles) to the north of Springfield, MO, is a growing community rich in outdoor activities, academic excellence, and state-ranked fine arts and sports programs; a winning combination for families. Willard High School has a graduation rate of 97%. Fox River Estates will offer spacious, energy efficient units with a choice of both two and three bedroom floor plans. Both plans feature two full bathrooms. The complex will have a mix of duplexes with single car garages and family-friendly 8-plex structures. Residents will be responsible to pay for electric, and the management company will pay water, trash and sewer expenses. Two-bedroom units (950 square feet) will rent between $480-$552 per month and three-bedroom units (1,375 square feet) will rent between $545-$630 per month based on income qualifications. All units offer two full bathrooms.
